Location: Calgary, Alberta
Head Instructor Marty Lehn, Scout for the Milwaukee Brewers and Jim Lawson, owner of Pro Baseball Force, invite both players and coaches to start the season off by joining them and their experienced, high powered team of instructors at the “BLE SPRING TRAINING SUPER CLINIC” to be held on March 28th & 29th at the Calgary West Soccer Facility in West Calgary.
Special guest coach and speaker will be former MLB pitcher Chris Reitsma as well as other former professional players. This important weekend will give players, parents and coaches the opportunity to work directly with those who work with today’s major leaguers and tomorrow’s stars.

Instructors
Marty Lehn
Co-owner and Director of the BLE Camps, Clinics and Tournaments, Marty is the Western Canada Scout for the Milwaukee Brewers. Marty coached the Canadian Olympic Team at the 2004 Olympics in Greece.
Jim Lawson
Is the President of Pro Baseball Force (instructional company) in Calgary as well as a coach of the National Sport Academy. Jim was drafted by and played for the Oakland A’s organization. Jim also played for the Canadian National Team in 1986.
Chris Reitsma
Drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 1st Round in 1996, Chris was a former MLB pitcher for the Cinncinatti Reds, Atlanta Braves and Seattle Mariners. Chris also pitched for Team Canada in the 2008 Olympic Games and presently is the Head Coach for the National Sports Academy.
Chris Pritchett
Former Major League player with the Anaheim Angels and the Philadelphia Phillies. Chris is the hitting coach for the Oakland A’s organization and currently works with the Vancouver Canadians. Chris was a 2nd Round draft pick and a standout for the UCLA Bruins.
Brandon Newell
Pacific Northwest Scout for the Milwaukee Brewers and former pitcher for the NY Mets organization. Brandon was the Head Coach of Calgary Dawgs and the Bellingham Bells. He attended UW where he was an all PAC 10 Pitcher and 3rd baseman.
Dave Ruhr
Canadian National Team member from 1998-2002. Dave played with the Armstrong Atlantic State University in Georgia as well as the Allan Hancock Community College in California.
Darren Tecklenburg
Darren was inducted to the Huntington University Hall of Fame in 2002. He played for the Canadian National Team in 1990 and played college ball for Huntington University in Indiana. Darren is an instructor at the Big League Experience Summer Camps.
