3rd Annual BLE Opening Day Super Clinic Huge Success

Over 200 coaches, parents and players spent the weekend in South Surrey soaking up information on all aspects of baseball.
Former Major League All Star catcher, Bob Didier, Catching Coordinator for the Arizona Diamondbacks shows off a couple of the five rings he has earned over his 45 years in professional baseball. Bob was part of the team of professional coaches who worked with local coaches over the weekend, enhancing their “on and off the field” coaching skills. In addition to the Coach’s Clinic, local players also got the opportunity to work with Bob and other guest coaches which included former major leaguers Chris Reitsma of the Seattle Mariners and Chris Pritchett of the California Angels. Plans are already underway preparing for the 2011 event.
