**COACHES MEETING IS ON FRIDAY, JULY 4 AT 1:45pm ON THE FIELDS IN FRONT OF CONCESSION STAND**

2008 BLE Can-Am Classic 14U

June 20 - 23, 2008

Tourney format :
Top 2 teams from each pool advance to championship round Third place team in each pod move into the consolation round Championship round seeded by round robin finish #1through12 making up 3 pods of 4. The top team in each of the Championship pods advance to the semi final game held on Monday while the other teams that did not finish 1st in their pod are finished Consolation round seeded by round robin finish 1through 6. These teams will play for the Consolation championship The Winner of each Pod in the Consolation pods will play for the Consolation Championship on Monday Please note the tournament game time limit is 2 hours

Coaches meeting will be 7:00 am June 21th at the Oliver fields next to the concession Tournament rules and guidelines to be reviewed Game MVP for each game chosen by opposing coaches Water and ice will be provided at the concession stand. Bring your own water jugs, cups and bottles. (Jugs, cups and bottles will NOT be provided) 1 dozen baseballs must be submitted at the concession prior to Coaches meeting 2 of the fields do not have covered dugouts. Bring along tarps to cover as it occasionally gets hot in the Okanagan Souvenir T-Shirts will be available for sale at the concession stand along with the best darn hamburgers in the Okanagan

Hi Folks,

Tournament time is just about on us. We just wanted to pass along a few final notes and reminders. Long range weather forecasts are favorable Oliver for the June 27 - 29 weekend.

Tourney format:

Top team in each pool advances along with 2 wild cards
Top 2 teams get a bye to semi-final

Please note the tournament game time limit is 2 hours and 15 minutes. Coaches meeting will be 7:45 am June 27th at the Oliver fields next to the concession.

Tournament rules and guidelines to be reviewed
Game MVP for each game chosen by opposing coaches
Water and ice will be provided at the concession stand. Bring your own water jugs, cups and bottles. (Jugs, cups and bottles will NOT be provided)
1 dozen baseballs must be submitted at the concession prior to Coaches meeting

2 of the fields do not have covered dugouts. Bring along tarps to cover as it can get hot in the Okanagan
